I had my lifestyle block on the market for quite a while (close to a year), which can be pretty stressful, but she just kept at it the whole time. She stayed positive, kept bringing buyers through, and never gave up on getting a result. In the end she managed to secure a really good price for me, which I was stoked with. I really appreciated her persistence and the effort she put in the whole way through. Would definitely recommend her if you're selling, especially if your property might take a bit of patience to find the right buyer.

As a older widower without a lot of knowledge, sheryn was helpful, patient and very kind. She explained every detail along the way in words I understood. The extra work she did with my home as I had moved to Australia, she watered my plants, dusted where necessary and many more little jobs above and beyond. Those little things meant so much. She telephoned me on a regular basis with updates her sincerity and friendliness went a long way to easing my stress. I can't recommend her enough to anyone wanting to sell. I was fortunate enough to come across Powers Real Estate in my search for an agent to market my property in Pillans Point Tauranga.
