Pat has gone out of his way to help an elderly lady through the process of selling her home and purchasing another. He has done little ‘extras’. His local knowledge of the area and also local tradies who were willing to come immediately, exceptional — which allowed me to get my home on the market in 1 1/2 weeks. I must also mention his sister Tara (PA) who persevered with all my foolish questions too. A great team. I would recommend them to all.
