Local knowledge the key.
I listed my late parents unit with Dirk after visiting him at an Open Home in the neighbourhood earlier this month. Fourteen days later the property is Unconditional. An absolutely amazing result Dirk. An incredibly dedicated agent who I would definitely use again and recommend to others.

Another Successful Sale
Once again Miranda sold another property for us with a good result. Due to the current market it took a little longer than previously, however Miranda communicated with us constantly throughout the campaign.
