Dirk made the whole experience of listing our property easy, from the initial inspection to the written appraisal. He kept us up to date after each open home and followed with a written report each week. It was a pleasure to work with Dirk through the whole process ending with a sale. We would not hesitate to recommend Dirk to any person wanting to sell a property.

My house in Mt Maunganui was sold by Pat King recently with the minimum of fuss. Pat's advice was given in a professional but friendly manner and his knowledge of the local market was excellent. It was a pleasure to deal with Pat and I would certainly deal with him again.

Dirk knows and understands the market very well. His appraisal was fair, and we believe he got us the best price possible on the day. Dirk’s comms throughout the campaign were great, and we felt across all the relevant detail. Great weekly reports! As out of town vendors, we appreciated Dirk and his team going above and beyond to help get the property ready- staging, meeting contractors on site etc. Would happily recommend Dirk and his team, and given the opportunity, would use him again to market a property.

She is extremely knowledgeable about the Tauranga & surrounds market and went above and beyond to market the property, was always available, and exudes a natural confidence that made us feel at ease. Not one for waffle, so I will simply say Daniel and Rachel were engaging, professional, reliable and honest. Our house sold at auction in a challenging market.
