I knew Dirk prior to marketing my property. I was impressed then with his professionalism and friendliness so it was easy to nominate him to take my property to market. Dirk has very good market knowledge, communicating and listening skills. He is very hard working, and presents professionally. Dirk was punctual to all appointments and was honest in all our dealings. His market analysis and reports were timely and I was kept up to date with open home attendances and inspection interests. At no time was I under any pressure and Dirk worked around my commitments when arranging property visits etc. I felt I was in charge/control of the sale. Daniel is a great communicator. He was always happy to answer my many questions and has a great knowledge of his profession. His advice on expectations was accurate and he was very astute in picking up a fault in the documents relating to my property which was remedied by the addition of a clause disclosing that error. Open homes were run by Daniel and Rachel as advertised and feedback was prompt and honest. I am very happy with what Daniel and Rachel did for me and would recommend them to any potential vendors.
