Dirk was always easy to reach and communicated very clearly and professionally he quickly followed up on information requests and I never needed to chase him up. He even went beyond contacting the council duty planner directly to clarify a question. Post auction negotiations were conducted in a clear and fair manner with neither the seller or myself feeling we had got a steal but that Dirk had got us to the right place where we both were comfortable having started 6 fiqure apart.
