We met Lesley several years ago while looking at a property. We were not ready to sell at that time but Lesley kept in touch over the years. We felt that Lesley was a genuine person and she proved we were right. Lesley has done so much for us, over and above what I believed a real estate agents role is. We do not live in Tauranga and left it completely in Lesley's capable hands. She kept us informed every step of the way, provided statistics regularly, even going the extra mile by watering our plants! Sue has amazing communication skills and kept us in the loop all the way through the process, from start to finish. In a market that's not easy for selling she got us the price we wanted and supported us into our new home. Sue is easy to deal with going the extra mile to help in anyway that she can. I have worked with Lesley previously when I purchased the house in Matua. We have great communication and my experiences working with her are professional and honest with a sense of humour along the way. She has always been very supportive. I enjoy her welcoming happiness when greeting people. Lesley came on site when I had maintenance workers at the property, albeit some serious discussions going on there was also a good rapport amongst us in making decisions mixed with laughter. I believe that everyone felt comfortable albeit Lesley and I had not met these men previously. Lesley goes out of her way to ensure her clients get the best possible outcome, and for me that has been twice. I rate her very highly and know she loves what she does.
