Easy to deal with
My guy and I were searching high and low to find a property in Tauranga in a very fast moving market wracked with uncertainty, escalating prices, and fewer and fewer options to choose from, it was a tough time to buy. The first thing we noticed when looking at the property that we purchased from Glenis is the straight forward and clear way in which it was marketed. This was crucial for us as we live in another city and I had a broken leg, we were in various stages of lockdown, so we couldn't travel to visit the house and had family go and look at it for us. Our conversations with Glenis and the information she provided us was a big part of our decision making. I really enjoyed dealing with Glenis, she is so easy to talk to and has a very trustworthy feeling about her. When I asked her questions she answered clearly and in a fair manner, which I really liked. I found her so informative and helpful, I felt confident going into negotiations because I had a good understanding of which options would provide the most benefit for all parties. To have this feeling as a buyer from a real estate agent trying to sell a property to me is a rarity. It's clear that Glenis is very experienced in what she does. Glenis was lovely to deal with. Glenis was lovely to deal with from the beginning. She was easily contactable and genuinely interested in our home buying journey. We had a couple of hiccups come settlement day on our part, but Glenis was totally patient, kind and helpful from start to finish. She is also very knowledgable about the area and the property market in general.

What can we say, Glenis was absolutely amazing. From first point of contact to the the last. Understanding, empathetic, professional and encouraging while maintaining a motivational front without being pushy. She sold our house in lightening speed but not before we were ready. Fantastic!
Being first home buyers, we were pretty green with the whole process but Lesley guided us along the way with all the info we needed, and was genuinely so happy for us when it got over the line and we successfully purchased our first house.
