Tenacious!
The housing market has been less bouyant in recent months, but Steve has worked tirelessly to show prospective buyers through, and to ensure it sold for a reasonable price. He exhibits patience, attention to detail, and above all tenaciousness. I would recommend him anytime.

Quick clear and professional.
Very clear information about the house of all the extras that were added to the house over the years. Walked us through showing us and telling us about the house. Any faults/ positives were addressed on the day. sent us through all information via email lim reports etc. All in all very good service quick and efficient step by step knowledge and we are sooo excited to move in to our very own house. Thank you again Lesley Sinclair and team for making this dream become a reality.

Gets the Job Done
I don't have a lot of spare time to write reviews. But I would just like to say that Lesley has AGAIN completed the task of selling a home for us and her professional approach (pun intended), is always appreciated by people on all sides of a sales and purchase agreement. Exemplary service and a great result in record time
Referred to Glenis and her colleague Steve from Professionals Tauranga by one of their retired colleagues who we had dealt with previously to assist in the remote sale of my Mother's house enabling her to move into a Residential Care facility. Throughout the process Glenis and Steve were fantastic to deal with and kept us both up to speed every step of the way. A great result was achieved in very short order - a fraction of the time that listings are normally on the market.
