Although we have known Anna for a number of years, this was the first time we had worked with her to market a property. Not only were we delighted with Anna's commitment and diligence, but also her eye for detail. Communication was clear and effective and the outcome of the sales process was highly satisfactory. As an agent we highly recommended her.

David was informed and accurate in his appraisal and management of my property. He spent time with us to keep us informed and aware of the process. David looked after our interests and made the sometimes-challenging prospect of leaving a home easier. I would recommend David to anyone wanting to buy or sell in Ohope. His local knowledge is excellent.

We purchased a property recently through Anna and she was fantastic to work with. Anna is friendly, helpful and very knowledgeable and went out of her way to make sure our purchase went smoothly. Anna showed a genuine interest in our needs and concerns and at no time did we feel like we were being given a sales pitch, we would 100% recommend her to anyone looking to sell or buy a home. Thanks Anna! 😊

We really cant say enough about our experience with Anna, she made the entire process so simple. We could tell the first time she visited our house to give us a valuation that she was extremely professional but also very personable, she asked all the right questions (that none of the others did). When it came to list/market the house she had it staged so amazingly we seriously thought about not selling. If you are looking to sell or buy then I couldn't recommend Annah enough, she's amazing.

Wow! What a great experience and a fantastic result! We had always wanted to work with Anna right from the start of planning to sell, and it was the right choice, so glad we did. When it came time to put our home on the market, Anna moved very quickly, and put in an amazing effort to help us prepare the property for the photoshoot and viewings in every way imaginable. We simply can't rate Anna (and Ian!) highly enough. Thanks Anna, you're a star!

Anna is an absolutely one-of-a-kind real estate agent. She went above and beyond at every stage - helping us get our house picture-perfect for listing, and supporting us through a sale process that a title issue made slightly more complicated than usual. Anna always kept us well-informed, had our best interests at heart, and achieved a great outcome for both us and the purchasers. She’s an 11/10 for sure!

Anna was fantastic. Great market knowledge, good advice, and nothing was too much trouble. When it came to preparing and staging the house for marketing Anna went above and beyond to present the house at its best. The marketing package was comprehensive. Through the marketing period, Anna created a competitive bidding situation that resulted in an outcome we were very happy with.
