Anna has been amazing to deal with through the whole process of selling our house, from clear concise advice up front as we staged our property, all the way through the sales and negotiation process. We felt in very safe hands as we sold one of our main assets. Anna was always very proactive and responsive on any communications. We would recommend, in fact - we already have to friends !

After a long and rough start trying to get onto the property market - we met Anna! We loved this property as soon as we saw it - perfect for our first family home as a young family. We had terrible experiences with other local agents being deceitful about the property market and pricing. When we met Anna at the first open home she was approachable and friendly. When asking questions about the property she was very open, honest and clear. From the moment we expressed we were putting in an offer, she had great communication and was clear she had not only our best interests in mind but also the seller. We had some slight issues with council and Anna never left us in the dark - always very open and honest with communication. As it is our first home, she explained every step in a way we understood and it made the process very simple! Would 100/10 recommend Anna!

Phoebe and Monique persevered in what was a difficult market and were very patient and encouraging with us as first time sellers. We have no hesitation in recommending them and Harcourts for their professionalism. We're received constant updates and feedback which encouraged us. Many thanks

As first home buyers we found the house buying process quote overwhelming. Lewis made it so much easier and enjoyable. Great contact and always available for anything - he never made us feel like we had any silly questions! Thanks for such a great experience Lewis!

Thank you for going above and beyond in getting our property sold and helping to secure our next ideal property in a short time frame. Helping with getting our property ready for the market amongst all the busy, regular emails, written, and verbal communication/feedback every week, was important and appreciated.

I found Anna an extremely knowledgeable, supportive and delightful person to work with. She gave practical advice and support making sure that I presented my property to enhance the best features as much as possible and in spite of her own busy timetables was always available to answer my questions. I am happy to recommend Anna and the Harcourts team as the very best Agents you could find to buy or sell your property.

Our impression of Anna from start to finish was that she is a clear, organised, thoughtful communicator. Our experience was so straightforward and carefully managed, that our sales process was a dream. Anna had a clear idea of how best to market our home but always in complete consultation and agreement on our part. She was able to achieve a great result quickly and seamlessly. We are very pleased that we chose her to manage our property sale.

From the start, Phoebe has been nothing short of exceptional. She was absolutely wonderful and went above and beyond throughout our whole process. She gave us valuable insights on the home we purchased, both pros and cons, and was extremely accommodating regarding viewings and communications from day one. As a first home buyer, I would highly recommend Harcourts, especially Phoebe, to any purchaser wanting to make any valuable investment
