David was great to deal with, not pushy at all like some other Real Estate agents. He was very accomodating in letting us wander around the house at our own pace and meeting up at various times to check and recheck certain things before making a definite offer and keeping us informed along the way of things we needed to know. Even got the lawns done as promised. :-)

Callum was thorough and professional when we interviewed him (along with several others) prior to selecting an agent- and this approach has continued right through the process. He generously gave his time and expertise when we were planning and performing the renovation of the property prior to selling. He recommended a great onsite project manager/builder who we used. Callum astutely recommended the marketing programme - and then executed it really well. The negotiation with the interested potential purchasers was handled expertly and resulted in a really strong result.
