All good. Very satisfied with Kathy Fitchett. I would recommend her to my community if anybody wants to sell or rent houses. or any advice on buying or selling property. Her communication style, market knowledge, negotiation skills, and professionalism are excellent. Actually, we came just for the house viewing. She told me that auction would be in the next 20 minutes.

We would like to sincerely thank Team Malloy for the outstanding job they did selling our parents’ home. our amazing real estate agent Claire Obrien - at Harcourts Blue Fern Realty Henderson. She’s attentive, communicates well and over all super lovely to work with. Across the 4-months of looking, which included me send ALOT of homes to her. She took her time to unpack each one and always had our best interest at heart - even if that meant we shouldn’t go for a house. But it’s so true when they say your HOME is still waiting for you. I don’t think our case was straight forward whatsoever but she was very patient, kind and kept our spirits up when we wanted to give up. We really do owe majority of our home buying success to her and her team! 🏡

Right from the beginning, Nicky and Mark and their team were extremely helpful, interested and professional. Thank you for an excellent job!
Selling our house was never going to be easy, as it is very unique. We encountered many hurdles in the process, but Team Malloy has always taken the time to explain and find solutions, at any time of day and many evenings we had countless meetings. Although it has taken a year to sell our home, both Nicki and Mark never lost hope and have been super helpful throughout the whole process. Many many hours of viewings and open homes, always with a smile. I am glad we used Nicki and Mark to sell our home, their knowledge in real estate is excellent and they are friendly but professional at the same time.
