Following a very successful house auction of a client of Cheries which I was witness to, she announced to me that "I was next:" and I practically was.! I was uneasy to have the house on the market before Christmas, I had purchased and had a long settlement date, so I wasnt in too much of a hurry. I also had a member of the family who was living with me who was moving out of Auckland and I wanted her settled first. I did sell before Christmas and my daughter is moving out of Auckland before I need to move. It was not a normal time to sell but I feel Cherie made everything remain as normal as it could be and always had safety in mind.By appointment only suited me very well and although there wasnt an enormous amount of interest there was enough.It was interesting to take part in the live stream auction and I was pleased with the success of it. Cherie was always there for me if I had any queries and has always appeared bright and cheerful and knowledgiable . I would certaily recommend her to any one who wished to sell their home.
