Ultimate Professional
I selected Karl to market & sell my proprty because of his extensive experience in real estate and the manner in which he built respect & trust in the people he dealt with. At all times his communication and advice during the sales process was excellent - backed by his knowledge of the current market and what I was trying to achieve. I found he had a very wise, strategic approach to the negotiation processes which reflects his commitment & professional attitude. It was a pleasant, stress free experience dealing with Karl. I didn't feel pressured at any point & am very happy with the successful outcome he worked hard to achieve.

Excellent experience with Ethan Wu
I feel very happy to write this review as I can recall all good memories that I have with Ethan while buying and selling this house. I knew him for about 7-8 years. He is the best house agent I have even seen and I feel very thankful for all he did for me and my family. Because of his on-time and professional advice, I bought this house successfully in 2018 when I landed in NZ and I knew from him that I was still eligible to buy a house as an overseas buyer. We feel so lucky to live in our own house and spent an unforgettable and wonderful time in this house. While buying and selling this house, Ethan always stood by my side and showed his perfect negotiation skills. He is smart and knew what we expect and always strive for our benefits. And he did it. What he did for us is exactly what we want and I’m surprised he could knew and understand his customer so well. Last I want to say, thank you, Ethan.

Efficient and worked in our interests
