We were impressed by Rachel's professionalism and openness at our first meeting with her. As we had not sold a property before, she walked us through the process very well. While the house was on the market, she gave us regular updates on the different ways she was marketing the home, adjustments to advertising etc and sent us weekly updates on the open homes.
