As Dutch has been an agent for some time now he has amassed a wide range of market knowledge and was happy to share some with me when I asked. Dutch communicated with me clearly and succinctly. Occasionally he had to repeat himself but it was always given pleasantly and politely. At the auction he bid for me, as requested, and was cool, calm and confident. (I was very nervous.)

Selling for the first time in 34 years and for the very first time at auction, had the potential to be overwhelming. Luckily we took a friend's advice and contacted Andre, whose support and expertise from the very beginning was wonderful. We wisely accepted his recommendations for staging the house and the marketing choices. Andre talked us through the auction process, recommended the reserve and was beside us on auction day. Communication from Andre, his team and the office was constant and up-to-date.

We recently sold our first home, all while being overseas and during the COVID 19 pandemic and Lockdowns in two countries. It was a stressful time in the world, but Andre and the Barfoot & Thompson team kept us informed of the situation as it developed. He was always available and always polite, honest and friendly. We recommend Andre and the Barfoot & Thompson team and we look forward to working with him again in the future.

Thank you so much for your advice and hard work, Andre, you are a great real estate agent! We really appreciated the constant communication, especially the feedback from potential buyers after each open home. We also appreciated that you gave us a general picture of the housing market which helped us better understand the market and achieve a great outcome.

Andre recently sold our house. After less than a week on the market, we had a great pre-auction offer and the brought-forward auction managed to get us an even better price. We were very happy with the result. Andre was very professional and we would recommend him to others.
