We told Yan Lin how much we could afford and she helped us secure the home we set our eyes on. Yan Lin was extremely efficient, even replying to our messages past most people's sleep time (sorry about that). She answered all our questions very patiently and spent a lot of time to help us liase with the vendor. Yan Lin has very good sense of the housing market but was never pushy and greedy with the sale of the house we ended up purchasing unlike some opportunist agents. We still keep in touch with her are hoping to tap on her knowledge to purchase investment property. Yan Lin is hardworking and has positive work ethic.
