From the first meeting Rachel made me feel comfortable with the whole process of selling my Parent's house. Lisa's input when it came to us selling our house proved invaluable. She was knowlegable, empathetic and always supportive. This was important to us as we had not bought or sold for years. We needed someone to hold our hand literally and answer the numerous, sometimes silly, questions we had. Lisa's easy manner and positivity made the journey a positive experience. Lisa was fully prepared for every meeting in advance. Her ability to communicate clearly was greatly appreciated as we needed the process explained, not just once, but several times to alleviate doubts we may have had in terms of expectations. In relation to this, Lisa listened attentively and always responded in a professional manner. Lisa is a genuinely caring person.
