Andre had good market knowledge of the area and I felt confident that he knew what he was doing. He kept me up to date with where the marketing of my property was at and how many attended the open home weekends. He also provided good feedback from the people that had visited the property. Even when the tender had closed, Andre managed to secure a back-up offer from a second keen purchaser who would be interested if the first one fell through.
