I like to say thanks to Linda Teng. It was about in middle of February 2020, my tenant left and I decided to sell the property. It was a bad decision to sell the house at that time as the auction day was the first day of lockdown. Everything was stopped, my house was just hanging over there, I couldn't sell it, I couldn't rent it, I couldn't even go there.
