Four days later, after the first weekend of Open Homes, the house sold for close to the asking price in a buyers' market where most sellers were having to make painful compromises. She negotiated a short conditional period and the house went unconditional only a week later. I was delighted. Linda was professional, sharp and very alert to the market. Her negotiating skills are excellent, and she was always, very visibly, on my side. The whole experience was painless and seamless, and made a potentially difficult time very straightforward indeed.

I met Linda Teng in July last year when I was struggling in seeking my dream house. It was a lovely house in Albany Heights, and Linda as the listing agent, gave me a comprehensive introduction of the house and the local community. Linda Teng is a well-known real estate agent in the North Shore area. As we are the first home buyer, we lack of experience and honestly not really sure if we are on the right direction regarding the house hunting.
