Wayne & Tracy were so helpful with the purchase of my new home, even though their first priority was working for the vendor. They went the extra mile with answering all of my questions, and did research on my behalf with a couple of tricky ones. I was going through a stressful time, and they made the whole experience so much better Everything was made effortless, from booking in extra private viewings to assisting with the purchasing process, as its been 30 years since my last purchase. They were extremely honest & helpful, which I found lacking in dealing with other agents over the last 6 months. Their response time to my emails, phone calls & texts was flawless and they always took my calls and helped very quickly & efficiently Thankyou Wayne & Tracy, your service & professionalism was just outstanding. Kind Regards, Jackie

We were very happy to have Team Trayne as agents for our recent house sale. Tracy and Wayne were professional as well as being friendly and approachable. There was good support from them at all times and as the property was vacant it was reassuring to know they were checking on it. There was excellent communication from them with immediate responses to any inquiries or requests we had. The property sold in a good timeframe for a price in line with our expectations. If you are looking for an agent we can certainly recommend that you check in with Team Trayne.

Francee was an absolute pleasure to work with and our family is delighted with the outcome.. Francee guided me through the first home buying process, alleviating many nerves and what would likely have been a barrage of rather inexperienced / newbie type questions.. Thank you Francee

Tracy & Wayne, We loved your work throughout the sales process. Your authenticity is what sets you apart from the rest! Treating all parties with respect, in particular potential purchasers, was very important to us given the tight knit community we reside in. Time and time again we had heard that vendors AND PURCHASERS loved dealing with Team Trayne, and this was validated through our own dealings with you both. You never tried to 'buy the listing' and your ability to secure an acceptable sale price in very tough market conditions was commendable. No pressure selling, clear communication, professional, timely and warm in your approach. Well done and thank you!
