Tania really stood out to us from other agents when we'd come across her at various open homes over the years as an agent that really cared about her clients and knew the homes and area that she was selling so naturally we reached out to her to sell our own home and right away we knew we were in safe hands. She took care to get to know us and our property and had all the T's crossed and i's dotted ahead of going to market. Our objectives were heard and most importantly, we weren't oversold/overpromised on unrealistic expectations like other agents we encountered. Tania kept us informed every step of the way and negotiated well for us. I would highly recommend Tania to our family and friends as a safe and trusted friend and agent!

We made the decision to sell a rental property we had owned for 25 years. Jelena's guidance and advice is much appreciated and we are very happy with the final outcome. In the near future we will be selling another property and will not hesitate to place it in Jelena's competent hands.

John is the best in the business, there is no one else we would have wanted to work with to sell our house. John's knowledge of the market and prospective buyers is second to none. His advice is based on years of success in real estate. He is very professional, friendly and trustworthy. Can't recommend working with John highly enough!

We found Tania to be completely professional whilst selling our house. Tania is easy to talk to and listens with empathy and knowledge. She has a good knowledge of selling houses and we are aware she has sold many around Te Atatu area. She is many years experienced. We trust Tania and believe she has been honest with us. Selling a house can be rather stressful and Tania is able to keep clear head and manage difficulties in a calm manner. She never got impatient with us although I’m sure there were times she felt like it. We would definitely recommend anyone consider using Tania if they are thinking of selling their house. She also provides little touches and I’m thinking here of lovely biscuits.

This is the second time we've sold with John Vujnovich, as well as buying through him. He is such a great agent to deal with. I felt like I was in safe & experienced hands. John is a clear & timely communicator, who, both times, has exceeded our expected results for sale price. Thanks John, I'd definitely list with you again if the need arises.
