The family have really appreciated Janes approach to selling our elderly fathers property. He had lived on the land for all of his 85 yrs so it was a big decision for him to sell. She has been warm, friendly, professional and informative both with us and Dad. We could see she was working for Dads best interest and took the time to listen, gently guide and to explain, keeping his best interest and needs in the for front. She got a good price for the property and worked hard for us to get the best deal possible. The whole process has gone very smoothly and we felt Jane went above and beyond to ensure our Dad was happy with everything. I can't speak highly enough of Jane - through the whole process she has been brilliant to deal with for both myself and my tenant. Nothing was too much trouble and she went over & above a number of times. Her communication was excellent - I never had to chase her up for anything.
