I felt at ease from the first communications I had with Marama and Glen. They were confident in their knowledge of the market and went to great lengths to provide clear guidance through the campaign. I put full trust in their abilities and appreciated the way they cared for us and our home. I will recommend them to friends and most certainly engage their services again.

We've known Tatyana & Michal to be great property sales representatives in the area, so we knew the commitment they put in any property they represent to be of high caliber. This proved to be the same this time. We were extremely satisfied with the marketing campaign, communication and eagerness to help as they really did the best they could to help along the selling process, especially key for us being outside of Auckland through the whole campaign period. One watch-out would be the price estimation provided, as it was outside of the expected level seen on the market at the time of evaluation. We ended up needing to adjust the expectations as a result.

We selected Trent to act for us in the sale of two properties from our parents' estate. The properties came to market at the end of 2022, coinciding with a time when the Auckland property market was plummeting. While it took a lot longer to sell the properties than we had envisaged and the prices we had initially hoped for were not what we ended up selling for I definitely rate Trent highly for his work ethic, his persistence and his constant communication. He is an experienced agent who brought a lot of industry knowledge and contacts to the table and was proactive in solving every issue that arose. Highly recommended.
