My wife and I have never attended a house auction before; Cherry walked us through the auction process via Zoom meeting the day before the auction, which helped us tremendously. My wife and I have visited many open homes, and Cherry is certainly the best estate agents we have come across by far. Very professional, great at listening to clients and explaining things to open home visitors in detail, and very patience. BTW. We won the auction the next day.
