Matt was able to deliver the result we needed to secure our next purchase in record time, we needed a quick sale and Matt ran a very focused and strong marketing campaign to a shorter than normal timeline. He also used his network to find potential buyers that our property suited. The net result was a pre auction offer with 48 hours of the listing going live and a successful auction the following week meaning we could go unconditional on our next purchase.
