There are a lot of unknowns with purchasing a first home. Lauren and Matt have been very patient with all the questions I have had. Lauren and Matt have also been very forthcoming with information about the property and have been very flexible with coordinating building inspections, pre settlement inspections etc making a potentially stressful process as easy as it could be.

"Caroline and Steve have been very professional in selling 3 investment properties for me now, this being the latest one. I first met them when I purchased a property they were marketing about two years ago. They answered all my questions in a friendly professional manner, understanding why I was asking them and getting back to me in a timely manner. They show great attention to detail in what was needed to be done in order to get all 3 properties up to the best possible standard for selling. They also kept me fully informed about every potential purchaser, what they wanted and the best way to get the maximum amount from each buyer. I was also sent very comprehensive weekly reports, and felt that at all times I was fully informed. Selling your property is not 5 day 8 hour job. They communicated around the clock with me, by emails, phone calls & text messages, often quite late in the evenings, therefore going the extra mile. We are very glad that they agreed to be our marketing agents."
