Thorough, helpful, honest

Thomas & Simon were fantastic to deal with and achieved a great result for us. They have exceptional service and made the selling process very easy from start to finish. I wasn't able to attend the auction as I was in hospital and Simon & Thomas visited which was very nice. I couldn't recommend them highly enough.

Excellent and Professional Estate Agent!
Logan was fantastic when he sold our property, especially during tough Covid-19 lockdown condition and uncertainty of May 2020. We chose Logan to be our agent as he was really helpful in preparing our property and providing guidance for the sale. He always acted professionally yet genuinely friendly. Prior to marketing, Logan would check on us to ensure we were doing ok during lockdown. He also arranged tradies on our behalf for remedial works on the property. We received constant communication from Logan throughout the marketing campaign. Although we did not achieve the sale at auction, Logan’s continued optimism and effort to generate interest was rewarded 3 days later when we received multi offers far exceeding the auction reserve price and above asking price. All in all, an awesome outcome especially during lockdown and achieving a sale within a month from marketing! Receiving celebratory gifts were a really nice touch too :)

Incredible!!
Frazer was absolutely incredible at helping us buy and sell our places. His communication was impeccable and he kept me up to date every single step of the way.
