I really appreciated John's in depth knowledge of the Remuera property market, and in particular that he really does have your best interests at heart - he shows you this with his actions and work put in. He was accomodating, contactable, offered his expertise and advice to advance our position to the best we could with our property, quite us informed regularly, and always so professional with us and home viewers. He and his teammember Eliza, were great to work with, and come highly recommended.

We bought a house through John Lantz.

We thoroughly enjoyed working with John. He was knowledgable, responsive and detailed. Buying a house is very stressful and we felt that John took care of us at each stage of the journey. Down sizing from the family home

Cherry and Steve have been the most wonderful agents and now friends in helping me sell my family home. Nothing was too much trouble including helping me sell furniture. They work long past office hours connecting with potential buyers. I highly recommend them both. They are what true professionalism is all about.
