Frazer was great to work with. The sales process thorough and well structured to bring in and convert potential buyers to bidders, we ended up with 11 bidders in the middle of a lockdown and after only 2 weekends of open homes, a great result. Frazers advice on how to quickly and cheaply add value to our place definitely had an impact, and his guidance navigating the sales process over a covid lockdown got us the price we were after.
