Suzie worked with great enthusiasm and professionalism when listing and selling my property with Ray White Remuera. She was always positive, friendly and provided exceptional reporting on Open Home activity in an exceptionally timely manner. She worked tirelessly following up on leads with potential purchasers and always reported back with feedback. I would certainly have no hesitation in recommending Suzie to anyone thinking of selling their home. Thanks a million Suzie!

Harry did an excellent job selling our property for a number of reasons: -He was open in his communication, listening to our communication preferences and then did what he said he was going to do. -Harry came up with a different timing strategy (due to his knowledge of upcoming listings) to other agents we had talked to and this turned out to be a masterstroke, getting ahead of the rest of the market put us in a strong position. -Harry brought enthusiasm and energy to our listing. -Harry was very collaborative with other agents, seeking the best outcome for us, which was really pleasing. -Harry also brought a eye for detail, retaking our photos as he was not happy with them the first time. -Harry also delivered on price, achieving a price we were very happy with. As our kids said often "Harry is a legend" and we now have our son wanting to be a real estate agent! We would happily recommend Harry to sell your house!

We worked with Cherry and Steve when we purchased our property in Hillsborough. There was a slight challenge with a building issue and i found both Cherry and Steve to be patient and compassionate with both the vendors and ourselves as it was worked though. A good experience of purchasing our new home - would recommend working with Cherry and Steve

John is quite simply the best. A complete professional, with a warm, honest and engaging style. Even our dog loves him. We have had three property transactions with John over the years and would not consider selling through anyone else. 100% recommend!

I am writing this letter to acknowledge the wonderful work Michael and Tatyana done in selling our house in Meadowbank. I have spoken with a few of top agents in the area and choose to work with team Ataman. At first, I don’t trust they would work for the best interest of the vendor. The market is very difficult, but Michael and Tatyana didn’t pressure us on taking the offer we are not comfortable. They always support us. We end up receiving another offer which is higher than the first one. Michael and Tatyana have negotiated very hard even though we would of accept a much lower offer. They have earned my trust by being a great real estate agent that truly fight for vendor’s best interest. After the second offer falls, Michael and Tatyana have tried different method of selling, and eventually we sold our house unconditionally. Although selling house in difficult market is a very painful process, I am very pleased with Michael and Tatyana hard work. I would recommend anyone who is selling house to use team Ataman.

Cherry and Steve were the agents when we purched the property recently sold by them. We had great experience when we purchased and decided to hire their services when listing our property. They were really professional, always willing to go extra mile, received regular update on enquiries and worked hard to get the property sold. In the end we achieved our goal and would like to thank both of them for their efforts. We will highly recommend them if you are planning to buy or sell your property.

I have known Michael for many years and entrusted him with sale of my home because he is a highly experienced professional agent who certainly goes the extra mile for his clients. We had been discussing the transaction for about 4years - he is very patient, not pushy at all. Michael is a most hard-working experienced agent who is passionate about getting the right outcome for his clients. He is extremely knowledgeable of current market trends and the local areas; this is very evident in conversations with him. His consistent honest and trustworthy approach were key factors to the successful sale of my property within 3 weeks of marketing it. Michael was a pleasure to work with and his dedication made the whole process seamless and stress free for me. He ensured I was kept up to date throughout the process and this meant I had complete confidence in his ability to achieve the best outcome for me. I highly recommend Michael and his team whether you’re buying or selling; you will be pleasantly surprised. 😊
