Selling our Family home of 50 years
We approached Helen for her advice and guidance to navigate through the process of selling our parent's home of 50 years. After losing our mum 4 years ago and now with our dad moving into care, the decision had to be made to sell the much loved family home. With Helen's local market knowledge she presented her recommended sale options for our consideration. We were very impressed with the high level of detail Helen provided to us. We were kept up to date every step of the way from ensuring the necessary paperwork was completed and lodged, as well as keeping us up to date from every Open Home feedback. Professional, friendly and helpful
Helen kept in mind my parents age and made the selling process as easy for them as she possibly could. She was always very professional and kept us up to date with what was happening. Birkenhead sale
I chose Helen to sell my house on good advice and was very pleased that I did so. Helen was very positive and gave excellent recommendations about how to prepare the house to put it on the market (I had lived there for 40 years). I found Helen to be realistic and direct in our dealings so I was very happy with the sale process itself and with the outcome. She worked hard for the sale and was also helpful after it took place and before settlement. The sale was undertaken with minimum stress to me.
