Jacqui's view of the market at the time was realistic including likely issues with the sale and likely buyer types. Her assessment turned out to be pretty much spot on. She was professional throughout the entire process, which because of a long settlement took quite a while. However I believe finding a buyer went quicker than was expected, based on the market activity at the time, due to Jacqui actively reaching out to parties she thought may be interested in the type of property we had for sale. It was one of those parties that eventually brought the property. Her communication was excellent. She kept us fully informed along the way, including what she was thinking and any activity regarding the sale. All questions were answered promptly, including the times she was out of town.
