Jacqui and her team enabled us to get builders report, legal evaluation, and pre-auction offer all done within a week! Even despite some legal niggles. Jacqui worked hard for the vendors, getting a selling price over our top value, by really communicating the value of the property and providing clear indication of the price levels needed to move things forward. Her team was well organised and always provided quick and clear feedback to our questions. She showed commitment to the deal, getting our offer over the line late in the evening, giving us just enough time to hold an auction prior to the two other auctions. This was lucky for us and the vendors as the other property we were looking at in Milford sold below our maximum price. I feel it was a win-win for both the vendors and ourselves. We bought a home that we loved and could really feel the owners investment in it. And the vendors were able to get a good price in a quite difficult market. Thanks Jacqui for making it happen!

Misaki & Nic are a dream team fully committed to sell your house! The communication was excellent, we were always kept up to date with any developments during the sales process. From the start explaining what service they will and will not supply, during the preparation advising what to do where to invest and which improvements have no impact on the sale, to the market evaluation, and finally the actual sales negotiations. Many hurdles coming up during the sale were managed very hands on, starting with the property preparation having the right contacts for support teams, the actual staging of the house, bringing accessories to make the place look better. But not only this, Nic helped to get missing council consents in place – he really knows how this works. All this took a lot of pressure away from us as homeowner. The whole process exceeded our expectations due to their hard work and commitment – we sold after two weekends of open homes in a difficult market in March 2024! Would we list with Misaki and Nic again – definitely!

Terry has a wealth of real estate experience, and knowledge and throughout the whole sale process she, David and Sophie have been the most professional, efficient, and helpful team I could have wished for. I have valued Terry’s clear explanations of the terms, processes and documents involved. While it was a lot of work, I found preparing the property for sale was a much smoother process than I expected with Terry’s support, advice, and contacts to get my home looking the best it could for open homes. From getting rid of surplus furniture and possessions to finding someone to do last-minute repairs, she was always quick and helpful to deal with issues as they arose. Terry’s marketing campaign was well thought-through, clearly explained, and effective. She was a reassuring presence during the auction and negotiations and the final sale price was at the top end of the range she originally estimated. And she has continued to provide the advice and assistance I needed as I moved out of my home of 20 years within the 6 weeks negotiated. Selling my home was an extremely stressful experience, made so much easier with the cheerful, caring, and skilled help of Terry and her team and I highly recommend them. I bought my new house with James, btw, 5 star experience with that too, and asked him to sell my old one. The marketing was great. Had almost 60 groups of people come looking over the 3 weeks of open home. Comparing some other similar houses on the market this was incredible result. House was sold at the auction which is also not as common these days. The Price is just about what he predicted and gave feedback on. Overall we were quite happy with the result and thank you James for a job well done. Strongly recommend having James as your agent!
