Simone has been fantastic to work with. We felt like Simone understood us, and patiently worked away for us in a tough market. Always upbeat, bringing energy, we felt very comfortable through the whole process that Simone was looking after us. She went the extra mile too with her connections in the area helping us out practically.

We bought a property through Simone. She was very efficient at obtaining information from the vendor and made the offer process quick and easy.

Thanks for doing an outstanding job of marketing and selling of our property in Browns Bay. You provided us with great marketing advice and had all the right contacts available to get photographs, advertising, staging, finance completed and all to a very high standard. I thought it was a great idea that your open homes lasted 1 hour each time rather than 30mins. Always getting things done with a smile! Thank you once again. Cheers John & Terry

We were nothing but impressed with Gavin. As purchasers, we were impressed with how much he know about the property that we were viewing, and he went the extra mile to find out things that he didn't know. Our timing meant that the open homes didn't work and, again, no problem with Gavin. He made himself available for viewings and nothing was a problem.

I felt their knowledge of the market and how to work with buyers, as well as their very professional style and organisation throughout the process meant I was set up for success. They went the extra mile on many occasions , which was well appreciated. I would thoroughly recommend Nic and Misaki to sell your home.
