Professional agent

An analysis of William Tatana's performance overall
The critical factor is trust in any business arrangement which was achieved. It was essential for not only the maintenance but the continued evolution of that trust, especially when presented with the challenges that were inherent to the circumstances that prevailed in this case i.e. occasioned by the rural/ urban dichotomy. William Tatana was strongly recommended by an informed source. I could therefore proceed with confidence. Effective communication is essential. William is an excellent communicator: patient, supportive and informative with a deep knowledge of his craft. He was at all times sensitive to the needs and to the resolution of all issues that presented themselves over time. The successful auctioning of the estate attests to William's work ethic, competence and commitment. Strategically William was totally successful in presenting a comprehensive package that ensured success and minimised the potential of a negative impact. William was dedicated to maintaining a high level of consistency throughout the process. In summary William's warm and engaging personality, and social adeptness means that he is eminently suited to traverse the social, cultural and ethnic diversity that the Auckland market presents. On a personal level, I sincerely wish William the very best for the future because in my considered opinion he deserves it. As stated in the beginning of this review, trust is the single most critical dimension in any form of human interaction irrespective of the context.
