Terry & team helped us sell our home in Hillcrest. From the outset, she displayed good knowledge of the market and offered a buyer's lens throughout the process which was helpful. She also helped with additional staging/propping (she has great taste in decor!). Staging is not to be underestimated when selling, so her experienced eye came in handy. We appreciated how she kept us well updated throughout the campaign, and how we pivoted the marketing based on the feedback that was coming in, to better highlight the real value proposition of the property.
