James was really helpful in getting this property deal over the line. He did a great job managing the negotiations even though the vendors were overseas, which made communication tricky. James was smart in how he approached the negotiations and worked hard to make it all come together. The vendors knew what they were after and weren't easily swayed, but James found a way to bring everyone to the table and worked out a solution that worked for both sides. He's got a really positive and upbeat communication style, always quick to respond and keeps things moving along. When problems came up, he was good at finding ways around them. In the end, we got to a fair deal where both us and the sellers had to give a little to meet somewhere in the middle, which felt right.

We used Nic Ebert to help us buy our special home on the shore, and it was a no brainer for us to use him to sell the same house some 20 years later. Nic and his helper Misaki both worked hard to help us get the house ready and then marketed in in the best way to maximise our return. We had two very difficult problems involving an error by the Council in the LIM report, and a CCC that required engineers carry out work on our site and many hours pulling it all together and finally getting it over the line. Without Nic I can say that we would not have been able to see the sale through. For a person who is honest, caring , diligent and friendly I can totally recommend Nic (and Misaki)
