I had to sell my apartment while overseas suffering from serious health issues. Krister took care of everything to get the apartment looking its best, remaining friendly and helpful in spite of untimely messages from disoriented vendor, and it sold well over my expected price.

An outstanding professional with excellent knowledge and experience of the Auckland real estate market. A real communicator who was a pleasure to deal with both in face to face conversations and in email correspondence. I thoroughly recommend Dominic and Ady plus the team at Ray Whites to sell your property. Beware his obsession for ginger crunch though!!!!

I chose Gabriela to list my two apartments because I saw that she was very active in the Wynyard Quarter area where they were situated. I have bought & sold properties many times before & Gabriela beats all my previous experiences by a long long way. Straight away I found her very easy to deal with - she was straight forward, fun, had great ideas & literally nothing was a problem. She always answered my many questions very quickly & clearly - her communication skills were on point. She always provided me with current market statistics, trends & related information that was very relevant & helpful for setting the pricing & marketing strategies of the properties. Gabriela even very kindly supplied some of her own furnishings to help stage my properties - how amazing is that! I sincerely wish her the best as she is a very hard working individual who deserves to become a top Real Estate Salesperson like she is actually already becoming. So well done, you exceeded all of my expectations & thank you so much for the help in achieving a great result in selling both my properties in what was a tough economic market! I will most definitely be reaching out to you again if I'm needing assistance in either buying or selling in the future.
