I found Grant down to earth, realistic and very capable.
After finding myself in a stressful situation, I came to Grant for help in selling a property that was also a business with various complexities. He took the whole hassle out of the experience and even went the extra mile helping me with a good solicitor and various contacts who were able to simplify the situation and give good advice. Excellent service, excellent outcome!
How highly can I recommend Dominic and Ady Worthington as agents, let me count the ways. Solid and regular communications, managed all the paperwork attendant on a properety in a Body Corp, very well informed on the current market and realistic in managing our expectations as sellers. Clearly outlined every step of the process and follow up was excellent. The sale price reached was above our expectation but met our hopes. Success in a tough part of the market
Having held a portfolio of leasehold properties and deciding to sell down was always going to be a challenge after many years. However, Dominic and Ady put in a nightly team effort to achieve a result. They worked well as a team and Dominic worked out a strategy on how best to approach the tenants to best present the properties to achieve a sale.
