The process that Jason took us through when he appraised our home prior to listing was far superior to other agents we engaged with. The reasoning behind his appraisal was well documented and explained which gave us confidence that we were working with a professional. To list our home with Jason & Cameron became an easy decision.

Cam and his partner Jason were very professional and proved to have a very good knowledge of the real estate market.they were prepared to be patient with us both and we never felt pressured. Their marketing strategy proved to be very successful and they were able to get a signed unconditional offer for our asking price.

The guys done an amazing job, a step above the rest with marketing and professionalism. When it came to the crunch their negotiating skills helped us achieve our desired result where I believe others may have opted for an easier path. Highly recommend.

Cam and Jason are fantastic to deal with, the way in which they represent themselves and Oliver Road makes them very easy to work with. Any queries around the property were answered quickly and they went out of their way to ensure we had the right information in order to review and make our decision. There was clear communication throughout and it is clear that they have worked hard to understand the property they are marketing. Its great to deal with a business like this when making such an important decision.

We simply cannot recommend Oliver Road highly enough. From the first contact to our fantastic sale, Cam and Jason were phenomenal. Both were always extremely professional with their communication, appearance, advice and recommendations. After an initial viewing of our home Jason was very prompt in reporting back his comprehensive market research, while Cam presented a transparent marketing plan. We were incredibly impressed at their thorough approach, total honesty and constructive advice. We love that Oliver Road market a house with an actual price, as that is just how we would like to be treated as buyers. Our home sold to the first (very well chosen) viewers which is clear evidence that Cam and Jason are a fantastic team who very effectively use their individual strengths, are professional and passionate, and who really care about their vendors and buyers.

Jason and Cam offer a top notch real estate buying experience. Because of their in-depth study of market price they knew all the details of the property we were interested in and could explain 90% of the features without delay. They accommodated our viewing requirements and facilitated the sale with no hitches or difficulties. Strongly recommended.
