Wayne listened to us and took on board our requirements and expectations in selling our house. His in-depth knowledge of market values and trends, the execution of very successful marketing plans together with his characteristic flair, resulted in a quick sale at a very acceptable price. Wayne is highly recommended.

Wayne was recommended to me through a few whanau at Kokiri Marae and he was an exceptional Real Estate Agent. He was easy to communicate with and kept me well informed and went out of his way to be available for any matters that arose throughout the whole process. What was an emotional and stressful time for me was just made so easy, Wayne organised everything and the property was sold in 3 weeks. He is knowledgeable, passionate and dedicated to getting the best outcome for you.

Wayne helped us to find our first home after our landlord of 12 years gave us a 90 day notice. The service we received from Wayne was half way through our 90 day notice and he ensured that we had all information required in the shortest time frame. In the space of 7 days we went from being homeless (landlord had extended our notice albeit begrudgingly) to buying our first home - Wayne tried to ensure the house we purchased had all the things we wanted ie garage, deck and at least 3 bedrooms as we also had to ensure there was room for our son and his baby boy Would recommend Wayne's service to anyone who is looking to purchase a house in Wainuiomata
