Wayne was amazing!
We phoned Wayne when we started our search and within a day he had found us three properties in our price range and search criteria ( 4 beds/2 baths/double garage). One house was so new to the market that we were the first to view - we negotiated a price that day, and closed by the end of the week. Wayne explained everything about the process each step of the way, and always answered his phone if we had a question. I recommend him whole-heartedly!

Wayne and Tui were pinnacle in our decision to buy a brand new turnkey property. Exceeded expectations.
