I think selling a house is a huge event and no matter how good or bad the estate agent you use, there will be some ups and downs along the way. Brian and Andrea were always available and were happy to offer help or reassurance when needed. They gave up their time to help with some improvements in garden and provided some garden furniture for the photos which was useful. The most impressive thing in my opinion was Brian's efforts with the offers we received. There was a large gap between the original offer and the final sale price. This was down in no small part to Brian's strong negotiation skills and his desire to get me the best price for my property. I am grateful for every bit extra and it will help me to pay for some exciting items for my new home. I don't think a house sale will ever be easy, but Brian and Andrea will help to make it as pain-free as possible.

From a buyer perspective I can say that the agent is as much important as the house. Stacey has a calm professional manner and will welcome you with a smile. Before i put my house on the market, Jim was great to communicate with when looking at other properties. This was a reason i asked him to sell my house. He made sure i knew to contact him with any questions, and made me feel comfortable in doing so. I felt his passion to sell my house especially after my first offer fell through.
