When it became clear that my elderly mother needed to go into care, our priority was to make everything as stress-free for mum as possible. We couldn’t have picked a better agent. Jayden honestly cared. He endeared himself to us with his respectful and empathetic listening, as my mother came to grips with the change. He went above and beyond to present our property in the best possible light, including helping with the lawns. He really supported me through the sale negotiation, as I consulted with family and fellow trustees. He navigated all the paperwork involved with a family trust, making it as seamless as he could. And then after the property sold, he offered mum a ride home from town when she was waiting at the bus stop! He even helped us sort a few tasks for settlement, when an injury prevented our family doing final cleanup. We have been so supported through the process. I am so aware that we could still be waiting for a house sale, like many other properties on the street. There was nothing super special about our place - it was that Jayden’s expertise read the market right, marketed it well, and managed to close a sale. We highly recommend Jayden to you. It was really good to work with Jayden. He knows the local market and kept us updated with trends across a range of properties broadly similar to ours. Weekly reports and calls after Open Home sessions made sure we knew what was happening with our sale, and Jayden reported back on follow-up contacts he had made. He was friendly and helpful, taking care of numerous details for us — for example, arranging and supervising a plumber after a small leak was discovered.
