I listed with Robyn at Tall Poppy mainly because of the Tall Poppy deal that was being offered at the time, but from the start, the experience of selling my 2 properties (and also buying another shortly after, also through Robyn) was a great journey! I was selling at distance so Robyn managed everything including builders, tenants, solicitors, council visits....and MORE...doing whatever it took to get three deals done! It was definitely 'above and beyond', and despite hurdles, Robyn remained chirpy and positive throughout, always prompt with communication, great at following up anything and everything needed, and very relatable both personally and professionally. I would use Robyn again and highly recommend to others. Also in regard to Tall Poppy, their communication systems and checks are very nifty and tidy too, so would use them again.
