Ben and the team were highly professional, understood our needs and delivered the outcome we wanted. The communication at all stages was exceptional, we felt like we were their only clients. Ben, understood market, recognised our needs and lined the two up seamlessly! Honestly, we could not have had a better experience selling our house. Thank you so much Ben, Amanda and the team!! Ben’s market knowledge is exceptional, he really knew how to market our house in order to achieve the best possible result. He is committed every step of the way, no matter how frantic things get, and his professionalism is nothing but outstanding. We couldn’t have entrusted a better agent for the job.

My husband and I were really happy with the whole process of selling our first home with Ben and his team. They had great communication, were always contactable, happy to answer any questions and very experienced in the whole process, which made it a comfortable and stress free experience that ended with an ideal result. We trust them and would absolutely be using them again in future.

I was a first time buyer on my own so I found everything a little daunting. However Ben was very patient, thorough and always had time to answer my questions and explain the process to me. Ben and the team also have amazing advice about the area / community which was very important to me being new to Wellington. I am very grateful to the team that my first home purchase was seamless and stress free!

I have bought two properties and sold two properties with Ben Stevens and the team over the last few years. From the start, Ben and Amanda were so genuine and hugely enthusiastic and reassuring. From a sellers' perspective, they went beyond my expectations in every way. Advice given was savvy and ensured we focused our time, energy and expenditure where it really mattered. Anything we needed help with was immediately resolved, including access to Amanda's impressive Rolodex of useful contacts! Ben absolutely knows his stuff and gently manages to steer all the parties involved to a realistic outcome. We were delighted with both our sales. From a buyers' perspective, information was easily available and all of our many questions were carefully listened to and competently dealt with. Not all property moves are for positive reasons, and when circumstances changed, Ben and Amanda were sensitive and kind in supporting the next move. I was a bit worried when the team expanded that this duo would lose some of their effect, but they have managed to build a team in which everyone's talents are utilised to best effect for the vendors and buyers. In an industry where it can be hard to know who to trust, I cannot recommend Ben Stevens and the team more highly. Thank you guys - and see you next time :-)

Ben, Amanda and their team were great to work with during our recent house sale process. They offered good recommendations on how to best present our house, kept us well informed throughout the open home rounds and helped us achieve our desired outcome.

Ben was fantastic as an agent to deal with when we were looking for a property to purchase and was always willing to offer advice on any property, regardless of who the listing agent/agency was; Amanda was also fantastic at responding to any information requests in record time! We really appreciated their time and efforts. When we finally did purchase a new property and we wanted to get our other house on the market ASAP (due to Christmas) it was a no-brainer to list with Ben, Amanda and the team. The team worked quickly and efficiently to get paperwork signed, help guide prep work, photos and getting the house on the market in record time with a strong selling strategy. We always knew what was happening and were very happy with the result. Thanks for all your efforts and would recommend to anyone.

Ben and his team made the sale of our first home easy and exciting. From the moment we even considered selling, he made us feel in control of all decisions and gave invaluable advice from how to market the home, stage the home, prepare for sale and where was best to put our efforts to get the best return possible. He was available around the clock for any and all questions and never left us wondering about 'what next'. Ben is professional, knowledgeable and the fact that he and his family also live locally was a big draw for us. He knows the market but also cares about the people in the community so would never give advice that is contrary to the neighbourhood in which he is also a part of with his family. We would highly recommend Ben and his team to any client looking to list their home, especially if you want the highest price possible! This is where Ben Stevens the team rock! We would use them again without hesitation.

Ben and his team produced best result ever. Communication was prompt and clear. Entire team was very professional. In our opinion there is no one else to list with and we would have no hesitation using them again or recommending them to friends and family.

We’ve used Ben and Amanda before where they helped us break the sales record for the neighbourhood so when it came to selling again we definitely wanted to work with them. As before, they were excellent and achieved a great outcome so we’d absolutely recommend them.
