Professional, knowledgeable and easy to deal with

Confidence, communication and integrity
Ben Stevens and his team made the process of purchasing our first home in NZ (before we even arrived back in the country) a very positive experience because of their professionalism and understanding of buyer needs. I particularly want to praise the work ethic of Kartjana who was our primary point of contact throughout the process. From the moment the property was listed Kartjana was available to respond to our flurry of emails. We purchased prior to our relocation from Brisbane and thanks to Kartjana's exceptional communication and integrity we felt confident enough to pop across the Tasman to confirm our interest. Kartjana's professional and friendly manner gave us the confidence to make the winning offer (after the experience of missing out a few times). Commitment and Focus
We hired Ben Stevens and team due to a word of mouth referral. We were incredibly impressed with the well defined process laid out in our first meeting and decided to take the plunge and try to get a sale underway pre winter. Intelligent approach and a great outcome.
Ben and his team have been fantastic to deal with. He proposed a low-cost but high-impact approach to selling our house and we got a great result and a great price. His proposal was strategic based on our property and our particular needs and it was executed well. Ben was upfront, pragmatic and professional. Ben's team took care of everything. Amit, in particular, was very pleasant to deal with and the team always left our house tidy and locked up after open homes and viewings. We had great communication with the team and they worked around our circumstances. The team did a little creative staging for us at no cost which was a nice touch. Outstanding service with a personal touch
