I've spent the last 5 months looking for my next property. A search I was starting to lose faith would deliver what I wanted, and where I wanted it. During this time I strayed a little, looking at properties with different agents which resulted in connecting with others and follow up calls from them. I found myself banging my head against a wall as I was shown properties outside my price range, in the wrong areas and encouraged to go to Auctions and offer on properties only to feel I'd been lead up a dead end path. Ben has always kept it real, he seeks to understand what your looking for, what your budget is and doesn't get flustered when you might change the scope/style of what you want. He has a great knack of testing your boundaries where he believes a property deliveries on your needs, but may not have been one you considered. This skill opens your eyes to other options which in my situation resulted in me finding a home for my future, and in a great location. Ben and the team are patient, respectful, and treat you as part of the family. Ben was able to give me insights into other suburbs I wasn't aware off. They want the best for you, and work tirelessly to deliver on that. And based on recent experience, I feel this is what makes them a step above the rest. Don't get the run around. This was the second time we have sold with Ben and the team and we simply cannot fault the service. We were very pleased with Everard's knowledge and marketing skills. He was able to advise us of the value and sold the unit in a very short time. The price we achieved was the best so far for the apartments in the building. Our only disappointment was the amount charged by his company for the sale.

I was impressed with Ben and his team. I selected him as the agent as I found him to be a good listener, presented with a decent marketing strategy, he did not over inflate my expectations nor tell me what he thought I probably wanted to hear. These are some points I found to be seriously lacking with other agents I had appraise the property prior. Once the property hit the market the process was painless right through till the end of the tender process. Was very happy with the sale price. I would recommend Ben Stevens and his team in a heartbeat.

Dear Ben, Amanda and the team, Despite the exhausted and worn out version of happiness you witnessed last night, we have woken up two very happy people. We are not blind to what is occurring in the market and although we haven't secured the property we wanted through this sale, we are happy with what was achieved, particularly the extra nudge Ben gave at the end. I'm glad to have had such an organised and competent team guide us to this point and we want to thank you all for pulling this off in such a short period of time, just over 2 weeks, I don't think it was an easy house to sell! I am a wheelchair user who has had some negative experiences with real estate agents. However, Amit really bucked that trend with his superb professionalism, willingness to explain things to us as first home buyers, and responsiveness throughout the process. I really feel he went into bat for us and would highly recommend him.
